A ‘once a month’ yoga treat.

2 hour Seasonal Yoga Immersion – Dive Deep into the Season!

9.30-11.30am – Letchworth

Investment: £15 my weekly students, £18 all others

These 2 hour specials will include:

  • A short introduction to the Season
  • Seasonal Qigong and Yoga Flow practices including sequences not taught in the weekly classes
  • Seasonal Yin
  • Pranayama and Relaxation or Meditation & Relaxation or Yoga Nidra

Suitable for all levels as the classes are designed specifically for those attending by a teacher who is used to offering modifications and variations.
