Based in Letchworth, Rachel usually runs classes, workshops and other events in Letchworth, Hitchin and Baldock.
Since the Covid 19 pandemic started, things have changed, and continue to change often, depending on Government Guidelines.
Teaching has in the main transferred to online Zoom classes. Regular monthly updates are posted here as to the current situation.
The Foundation Course teaches you exactly what you need to build a solid knowledgeable home practice and integrate yoga into your life.The sessions run over 10 modules, 2 Sundays per month.
Rachel is a member of the Independent Yoga Network. The IYN is an organisation for Yoga Teachers and Teacher Training Schools.
