We run two courses:
- A Seasonal Foundation Course
- A Seasonal Teacher Training Course
The Foundation course runs for five months with five weekends spent learning (half day Saturday & half day Sunday. This course is a good introduction to practising yoga in a Seasonal style. You’ll learn about the Chinese 5 element system and more. There’s 50 hours tuition and 50 hours of home practice.
Next Course starts January 2026
The Teacher Training course runs for twelve months – one weekend each month – and is an in depth course covering all aspects of Seasonal yoga. Whether you want to learn how to teach or increase your yoga knowledge, this course will have something for everyone.

Both the courses are taught by Rachel and Melissa – both experienced teachers with several years teaching practice.
