Explore our various locations and dates across the UK and Europe by visiting our website for more details. If you’re in the Hertfordshire area, Ahimsa Yoga is your local training centre, based in Letchworth.
If you are thinking about enrolling on a Yoga Teacher Training Course, our Seasonal Yoga Teacher Training course might be the one for you. It’s a 200 hour course based on 1 weekend each month of 12 months. To view the full prospectus please contact Rachel with your details. Our next course starts in October 2026.
Rachel & Melissa have been teaching this course for a few years with students from a wide range of backgrounds. Rather than teaching yoga as a collection of isolated techniques, we explore it as a living, evolving practice that shifts with the seasons, shaping how we move, breathe, rest and relate both on and off the mat.
