The Foundation Course teaches you exactly what you need to build a solid knowledgeable home practice and integrate yoga into your life.The sessions run over 10 modules, 2 Sundays per month.

The word "Yoga" comes from the Sanskrit word "yuj" which means "to unite or integrate".
The Sanskrit word "Ahimsa" means non-violence, non-harming, non-injuring.
It is an important concept in yoga.
The goal of all yoga is to integrate the mind, body and spirit.Practising yoga should be a gentle transformative process.Yoga can be safely done by everyone.
