On this course we will take you on a journey of finding your self-practice, having a greater understanding of yoga, knowing more about how your body works - and the organs which need different attention at different times.

Our Home Health Habits will give you access to new energy and immunity, allowing you to feel you have a new lease of life.

This course - 100 hours (50 taught online, 50 self-guided practice) - should leave you feeling healthier and fitter; with a better knowledge of how to maintain a full long term yoga practice.

 

2 Sunday afternoons every month for 6 months.

 

The Typical Afternoon... sessions online will be divided between lecture and practice, including focusing on specific sequences of postures to build your understanding.
