Seasonal Yoga Origins
Where it all began...
Seasonal Yoga was created by Fitness guru / Yoga Teacher Julie Hanson and colleague Sue Woodd, an expert in many areas of Eastern practices including Qigong, tai chi and shiatsu.
Their approach blends yoga with traditional energy practices from the Taoist 5 Element System, working in harmony with changes in the Seasons. Now for the first time Seasonal Yoga training is available in East Anglia. The course is designed to help you explore Yoga on and off the mat. We will support the growth of your understanding of the postures, breath, and meditation. Just as importantly, we would like you to learn more about your mind, impulses, relationships, happiness, through the theory of Yoga and its application into your everyday life.
