 We will take you on a journey of finding your self-practice, having a greater understanding of yoga, and learning how your body works so you can support your wellbeing in the right way at the right time of year. Our Home Health Habits will give you access to increased vitality and enhanced immunity so you feel like you have a new lease of life!

45+ postures - how to practice them

Yoga flows to help you understand how the positions feel as you move through a practice

An introduction to the Concept of Seasonal living to bring about a balanced life

Basic breathing techniques

How to meditate or deepen your meditation practice

Reading lists & book discussion

Physiological body systems

Lifestyle tips for wellness and vitality

Introduction to yoga philosophy

Introductory session on Zoom – Friday 4 March 7-9.30pm

Water Element – 5 & 6 March 1.30-6pm

Wood Element – 23 & 24 April 1.30-6pm

Fire Element – 28 & 29 May 1.30-6pm

Earth Element – 16 & 17 July 1.30-6pm

Metal Element – 3 & 4 September

Closing session  - 1 October 2-4.30pm


Total tuition time = 50 hours

Total Home Practice time = 50 hours

Seasonal Yoga - elements


The course is practical/experiential rather than theoretical…encouraging self-enquiry, and empowering you to take away what you’ve learned to use it in your day to day life.

The 5 module course covers: postures, meditation, breathing practice, anatomy, lifestyle/wellbeing and introduces you to the Chinese 5 Elements. All of this material is covered over 50 hours of workshops, in-person or on Zoom if necessary.





Deposit (payable on booking) - £180.00

Balance (payable by 1 March) - £420.00 (or 3 instalments of £160.00)
