We will take you on a journey of finding your self-practice, having a greater understanding of yoga, and learning how your body works so you can support your wellbeing in the right way at the right time of year. Introductory session on Zoom – Friday 4 March 7-9.30pm
Water Element – 5 & 6 March 1.30-6pm
Wood Element – 23 & 24 April 1.30-6pm
Fire Element – 28 & 29 May 1.30-6pm
Earth Element – 16 & 17 July 1.30-6pm
Metal Element – 3 & 4 September
Closing session - 1 October 2-4.30pm
Total tuition time = 50 hours
Total Home Practice time = 50 hours
50+50=100 Hour course
The course is practical/experiential rather than theoretical…encouraging self-enquiry, and empowering you to take away what you’ve learned to use it in your day to day life.
The 5 module course covers: postures, meditation, breathing practice, anatomy, lifestyle/wellbeing and introduces you to the Chinese 5 Elements. All of this material is covered over 50 hours of workshops, in-person or on Zoom if necessary.
Deposit (payable on booking) - £180.00
Balance (payable by 1 March) - £420.00 (or 3 instalments of £160.00)
