Reasons you might want to book a 1:1 Seasonal Yoga class

 

  • You’re new to yoga and want to try it privately before joining a class setting
  • You want to treat yourself to personalised attention and a practice designed for you
  • You have practiced yoga before but want to deepen your knowledge in a private setting
  • You want help with or to learn more about a specific aspect of yoga – a posture, a sequence, a breathing practice, meditation
  • You have an injury or issue which prevents you from joining a general yoga class
  • You have a yoga practice already but are interested in the Seasonal aspect
  • You want a session that's at a convenient time

The classes are 60 mins long and could include some postures, sequences, breathing practice (pranayama) and relaxation.
